1. Own It Plan
SolarFuture will install, commission and connect the system to the HK GRID at an agreed quote to be paid by the Landlord/ Homeowner. 100% of the revenue from the system will be paid to the Landlord/Homeowner. SolarFuture will offer to maintain and monitor the system, on the Landlord/ Homeowners behalf, at an agreed yearly cost
2. Rent It Plan
SolarFuture will install the system FREE OF CHARGE and pay a flat monthly rate to the Landlord/Homeowner until December 2033 after which ownership of the system will revert in full to the Landlord/Homeowner. The monthly rate will depend on the size of the system installed.
3. Share It Plan
SolarFuture will install the system FREE OF CHARGE for the Landlord/ Homeowner and 100% of the revenue from the system will be paid to SolarFuture for a period of 36 months after GRID connection. After 36 months, FIT revenue will be shared 50/50 with the Landlord/ Homeowner until 31st December 2033 after which ownership of the system will revert in full to the Landlord/ Homeowner

Any one of our Three Plans are beneficial to the Landlord/Homeowner as Hong Kong has excellent Solar Capacity and the FiT rate at present is extremely attractive, guaranteeing the Landlord/Homeowner revenue from their rooftop until 31st December 2033.
