What we offer:

Our maintenance schedule offers the following:

A yearly panel clean
– Solar Panels do not require a lot of maintenance but in Hong Kong, the climate is quite harsh and there are periods of the year where air pollution is very high. This air pollution settles and can build up on the panels, reducing efficiency and reducing your return.
A yearly structural system check – Once a year we will check the system to ensure it is structurally sound, this is very important in Typhoon zones like Hong Kong
A yearly electrical system check
Ongoing System Monitoring (24/7)
– SolarFuture install a 3G/ 4G dongle on all the systems we deploy which integrates with our monitoring software giving us real time data on system performance. Our clients have access to the monitoring app and can see the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly production of KWh from their Solar PV system. SolarFuture also monitor parameters like system voltage and others which allow us to ensure the system is always performing optimally and if not, to let our clients know and schedule a visit.
All Registered Electrical Installations in Hong Kong require a Registered Electrical Contractor to take responsibility for them and SolarFuture perform this role for our clients. Any tampering with the system by anyone other than SolarFuture can lead to voiding of the warranties on the entire system.

Warranty Period

If any equipment (Panels, Inverter, Isolation Transformer) is faulty during the SolarFuture warranty period (24 months from date of installation) then SolarFuture will arrange replacement of the faulty equipment at no charge to our client
If any equipment (Panels, Inverter, Isolation Transformer) is faulty after the SolarFuture warranty period (24 months from date of installation) but is still under warranty from the manufacturer then SolarFuture will arrange replacement of the faulty equipment and will charge for labour and shipping.
